LOVE & BASIL

PERFECT SUMMER WEATHER, PERFECT THAT MY LOVE WAS HOME IF ONLY FOR TWO DAYS, PERFECT I HAVE AN EXTRA DAY OFF :) - MY PERFECT DAYS

I planted more tomatoes as can't have enough caprese salad this summer, also some more basil (same reason), and too too cool - a blueberry bush! Found this really delicious salad I am trying, too simple - watermelon cubes, blueberries, red onion and romaine lettuce dressed with vinagrette. Sticking with fruit and salads all week this week so that diet works (well I am hoping it does and just saying no to peanut brittle ben and jerrys icecream lol)!

Today since my honey is working I am kicking back - going to catch up on my tv shows (yikes havent had time for vampire diaries or flash forward time to catch up before they leave for summer) and doing laundry and organizing my room. Also planning serious outside time, better get a move on - bbqing, finishing my novel on the patio - all the summer pleasures.

perfect days of summer - mmmmmm - now can't wait for vacation time to come with my true love - definitely perfect days then :)
